Simply adjust the knob to select from deli thin to ½"-thick slices, and the 7½" serrated stainless steel blade will do the rest. Safety hand guard keeps fingers safe, while gripping and holding food in place during slicing. Has an on/off power switch and no-skid rubber suction feet.
