Now it’s a snap to shape, mold and trim a fluted pie crust! The interior ridges of this glazed stoneware plate creates a perfect fluted crust when dough is pressed down inside it, and the raised rim makes for easy trimming while preventing boil-overs when baking. The bottom of the pie plate has a hand-sanded smooth base to prevent scratching table surfaces. Goes from oven to microwave to freezer to dishwasher. 10"-Diameter x 1¾"H. Makes 9" pie.
