For back sleepers, this firm-density pillow has a 2" gusseted sidewall that bolsters the neck while maintaining its normal curvature. Side sleepers require a little extra support—and this side pillow is packed with an extra-firm density and 2¾" gusseted sidewall to keep the neck straight and help ease shoulder stress. And for stomach sleepers who sleep best with a thinner, softer pillow, the stomach pillow has a 1¼" gusseted sidewall to prevent neck hyper-extension.
