1a. How will my order be shipped and what will it cost?
We use several ground carriers to ship your order. These ground carriers provide package tracking numbers accessible through the "Track Your Order" page. If an item(s) is on back-order you will be notified, and the item(s) will ship separately. There is no additional shipping charge assessed. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking numbers at this time for back-order shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1b. Our STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING costs are as follows:
1c. Promotion Codes: Fresh Finds at times offers our valued customers free shipping, promotional discounts and/or savings advantages. In some instances, a promotional code is provided for customers to input at checkout. In other instances, the promotional code is imbedded in an email and automatically applied at checkout.
2. For Optional 2-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY to Continental US, the Shipping & Handling charges are shown during checkout. 2-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY is only available to the Continental US. It is not available to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories. 2-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY is not available for item numbers beginning with D or G. Orders must be placed by Noon Eastern Time. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
3. For Optional OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING to Continental US, charges are shown during checkout. OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY is not available to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories. OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY is NOT available for item numbers beginning with D or G. Orders must be placed by Noon Eastern Time. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
4. Additional Heavyweight Shipping Charges are indicated on the product detail pages; the amount is shown in parenthesis after price of item. These products are only available to ship to the Continental US; they cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories. These products are not eligible for express shipping.
5. Drop Ship Items: Product numbers beginning with a D ship directly to you from the supplier. These items are only available to ship to the Continental US; they may take 3 to 6 weeks to ship. Drop Ship items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories. Drop Ship items are not eligible for express shipping.
6. Shipping to Military Installations: We ship to Military Installations only by STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING. Please provide your APO or FPO address at checkout.
7. Shipping to Foreign Countries: Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States and its territories with the exception of APO or FPO military installations using STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING.
8. Shipping to More Than One Address At a Time: Currently, we can only ship to one destination per order. You can save as many addresses as you like when you create an account.
1. How do I return an item?
Our return policy is a "money back if not delighted with your purchase" guarantee. When returning merchandise to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the return form located on the reverse side of the packing list that accompanied your merchandise. If you cannot locate the original packing slip, email email@example.com and request that a return slip be emailed to you. If you do not have email access just include a note with:
a. Your name and address
b. The items being returned
c. The reason for the return
2. Tell us if you want your money back or a replacement of the same item - with the new size, color or other details.
3. Place the item to be returned, original packing materials and any shipping papers in the original shipping carton. If the original shipping carton is no longer available a different box is acceptable.
4. Return merchandise by regular Parcel Post to the address below.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to put your ORDER NUMBER after "Return Dept." on the mailing address. If the ORDER NUMBER is not part of the mailing address your package will be refused and returned to you.
2. How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item by using the same form as returns on the reverse of your packing slip that accompanied your merchandise. Some reasons for exchange are broken or missing parts, wrong size, mistaken item etc. Simply fill out the form, include in the package with the merchandise to be exchanged, and ship the package to:

3. I received an incorrect item with my order, what do I do?
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-230-3877 and let the representative know which item was shipped incorrectly. You will receive instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and when you can expect to receive the one you ordered.
4. I know how to return an item, but I’m missing my packing slip...
If you need to exchange or return an item, and you are missing the original packing slip from your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return form. Customer Service will email you a printable version of the form. Fill out the form, include it in your package, and ship it to:
