Returned it
My cleaning lady tried it out. She said it was too wet to use on our hardwood floors. When she would move it around, it would flip over so that the pad was at an angle with the top side down. I returned it.

Doesn't last long
I loved it at first, used it almost daily. Then could not get it clean even with bleach, etc. then pole Broke, would not screw together and even after taping it together it was not a good weight for the unit. Sorry gave it a good try.

Excellent mop
Best mop ever. Have never had a problem with spinning and getting water off. Never had a problem with it getting unscrewed. It's very light and easy to use and really picks up dirt still on floor and also gets into small areas and corners. I gave all my other heavy hard to use mops away. I'm even ordering this mop for my sister with RA.

Great Mop!!!!
I have my own cleaning business and use this mop in every home. I don't understand the bad reviews, this mop is so easy to use and works Just as stated. I Never had a problem with it.If the person using the mop does it correctly, the mop head will not be too wet. I use this on hardwood floors and as we all know water is an enemy to wood , so with that said it is totally damp enough to clean the wood floors without hurting the wood with to much wetness from the mop head. I have arthritis in both my knees and hands and do not have a problem using this product. I Love this product and will never be without it.

Didn't work as expected
I have a disability so I got this thinking it would be helpful for my young and strong cleaning lady. But she finds it more difficult than a regular old mop. She demonstrated the problems for me and I see what she means. While it was easy enough to assemble, the following things are a serious disappointment: 1) The microfiber mop head does suck up a large amount of liquid and though it does spin, even spinning it as hard as she can pushing it firmly into the spin basket, the mop head comes out still very wet. She often goes ahead and squeezes out more liquid after she has spun it. 2) In order to get the joint at the bottom of the handle closest to the mop head to release into its active mopping angle, she often has to reach down and release it. It does not go to it's correct mopping angle unless it is held "just so." 3) The washability of the mop head was another reason this looked so good. But while we went to the Spin Mop website itself to view the video and to see if we could figure out how to get the mop head off the spinner mechanism, we still haven't figured out if the plastic ring that the mop head is in is supposed to go in the wash as well. 4) The spinner foot pedal requires a person to have at least one very good knee. Probably better to have two very good knees and a place to stand to brace yourself as it takes real effort to pump. 5) When wet mopping, the wet fibers tend to tuck under the plastic head so the plastic scrapes on the floor. In short, it turns out to be just as much bending and straining as a regular mop and, while it is my cleaning lady's choice to use her hands on the mop to get even more water out and others may not be bothered by the amount of liquid left after the spin, it is still a lot of work to use. So if you have back problems, this product is not the answer to making mopping more back friendly. Such a good idea but the execution is still not right. I will be sending it back.

Spin Mop Works Wonders
Easy to use and does a great job. Reminds me of when I was in Spain -- everyone had tile floors and had a mop bucket with a manual strainer/wringer. This one is much better as it spins when you step on the pedal to wring out the mop. Does a much better job than my expensive noisy motorized floor cleaner and better than one with the pads with spray cleaner. I'm giving them away! Great product.

Spin mop works well
I love that my hands don't touch the dirty mop head or water. The only hassle is when the mop head unscrews away from the mop stick. Overall I don't regret this purchase.

the mop is still to wet after wringing
Delivery was excellent and very timely. Mop is excellent but I feel it doesn't get enough water out of the mop so I have to do it myself.
