Where's my Order?
Your order status for orders placed online can be checked anytime by clicking the Track Your Order button on the web site located on the top of every page. There may be a delay in viewing just placed orders on the web site. If you don’t see your order right away, just check back in a few hours. If you placed your order by mail or phone please call Customer Service at 1-800-230-3877.
When you click “Track Your Order”, you are provided with three ways to access your information:
- Log in to your existing account
- Search by your billing phone number and billing zip code.
- Search by your billing phone number and the last 4 digits of the Credit Card used to place the order.
If your order was shipped by a trackable source, a link to your specific package location will appear on your order. By clicking this link, you will be sent to a page on our shipping partner’s website where you can find where your order is located.
Why don't some of my orders have a tracking number?
Unfortunately, some of our shipping vendors do not supply tracking information. Fresh Finds apologizes for the inconvenience.
How do I know when my order will ship?
You will receive an email from our orders system when your order has shipped. The email will contain your order number, order information and tracking number. If you have registered for a My Account you can track your order through the Order History link at that time. Or just click on "Track my Order" at the top of every page and choose how to track. You don't need an account to check your order status.
