1a. How will my order be shipped and what will it cost?

We use several ground carriers to ship your order. These ground carriers provide package tracking numbers accessible through the "Track Your Order" page. If an item(s) is on back-order you will be notified, and the item(s) will ship separately. There is no additional shipping charge assessed. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking numbers at this time for back-order shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

1b.  Promotion Codes:  Fresh Finds at times offers our valued customers free shipping, promotional discounts and/or savings advantages.  In some instances, a promotional code is provided for customers to input at checkout.  In other instances, the promotional code is imbedded in an email and automatically applied at checkout. 

  • Only one promotional incentive can be applied to a single order.
  • Promotional codes are applied only to merchandise totals.
  • The promotional code can only be redeemed on new purchases made during the promotional period; it is not applicable to prior orders.
  • Shipping savings can only be applied to Standard Shipping in the 48 contiguous states and is not valid on Express Shipping.  The promotional offer does not cover additional freight charges for heavyweight items or drop ship items.
  • These restrictions are clearly listed in all of our promotional emails and on this Web site.
  • Fresh Finds can only honor promotional savings offered directly through our company communications or Web site. Third party offers are not applicable.

2. Additional Heavyweight Shipping Charges are indicated on the product detail pages. These products are available to ship to the Continental US using Standard Shipping except they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. These products are available to ship to the Continental US using either Express Shipping method except they cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, Rural Delivery, APOs and FPOs.

3. Drop Ship Items: Product numbers beginning with a D ship directly to you from the supplier. These items are only available to ship to the Continental US using Standard Shipping.  They may take 3 to 6 weeks to ship. Drop Ship items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, Rural Delivery, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

4.  Shipping to Military Installations:  We ship to Military Installations only by Standard Shipping.  Please provide your APO or FPO address at checkout.

5.  Shipping to Foreign Countries:  Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States and its territories with the exception of APO or FPO military installations using Standard Shipping.

6.  Shipping to More Than One Address at a Time:  Currently, we can only ship to one destination per order. You can save as many addresses as you like when you create an account.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (800) 230-3877 and we will arrange for a convenient, prepaid UPS return label to be sent to you.

Pack It!

Fill out the Returns and Replacement form, and pack it with the items you'd like to return or exchange in a shipping box.

Print and Ship!

Simply print your pre-paid label, attach it to your shipping box, and drop it at the nearest UPS facility! To ensure delivery, please don't forget to remove any old shipping labels or barcodes from your box before sending.

Additional Returns Information:

When using our prepaid UPS return label, your return may be subject to a $7.99 per package fee for the pre-paid return label. This amount will be deducted from your return refund or credit, and will be reflected on your original method of payment. Your satisfaction is our concern and items you are not happy with may be returned at any time. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please call us at (800) 230-3877 within 30 days of delivery, and our Customer Service team will work with you to immediately correct this situation!

Should you choose to make arrangements with your own shipping carrier, please use the return shipping address below. Please note return shipping expenses are not refundable. Personalized items may not be returned unless delivered damaged or defective.

If you like your product but would care to do an even exchange for a different size, color or style we currently have in stock, your replacement order will not be charged a new outbound shipping fee.
